Who receives your enquiry?
Your enquiry is for Suffolk Coastal Construction Limited, company number 16641539, based in Felixstowe, Suffolk. Contact Cameron at info@suffolkcoastalconstruction.co.uk or +44 7740 360 688 with a question about your information.
What the form collects
The form requests your name, phone number, email address, property postcode and project type. You can also provide the property address, a preferred visit time and a project description. The page you enquired from is included so Cameron knows which service interested you. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
How the website handles it
This website is hosted on Netlify and uses Netlify Forms to receive enquiry submissions and filter spam. Resend sends a transactional request summary to you and an enquiry notification to Cameron, including your submitted details. Where you choose a preferred time, the email includes calendar links and a provisional calendar file. Cameron uses your details to respond, discuss your project and arrange a visit. Requesting a visit does not sign you up for marketing.
Calendar links pass the event details to the calendar service you choose when you click them; you can use the attached calendar file instead. Direct email and WhatsApp links open the service you choose. Google review links open Google Maps. These services handle information under their own terms and privacy notices.
Cookies and measurement
This site does not load advertising pixels, third-party analytics or embedded videos. Fonts and service images are hosted with the website. The booking form does not save its entries in your browser between visits. Hosting providers may process technical connection information when delivering and protecting the site.
Questions about your records
To ask about access, correction, deletion or how long your enquiry will be held, contact Cameron using the details above. This page explains the website’s enquiry flow; the business can provide information about its wider project records and retention arrangements.
If you have a concern about the use of your personal information, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
