Cameron is a time-served bricklayer with 13 years of experience. He coordinates the right trades for the job and stays involved from your first site visit through to the final checks on the agreed work.
You can speak to him directly by phone, email or WhatsApp. He keeps you informed about progress, explains delays and takes pride in a neat, tidy site.

Which building service do I need?
Choose House Extensions if you want to add to the footprint of your home. Garage Conversions makes existing garage space habitable. Renovation & Refurbishment covers changing and improving the house you already have, while New House Builders is for a new property. Some projects combine them. A site visit lets Cameron understand the complete job and agree how it should be organised.
Can you work from drawings I already have?
Yes. Send your architect’s drawings before the visit so Cameron can review the intended layout and scope. Include any structural information and specifications you already have. He will discuss what is ready to price and what still needs to be resolved. If you are at an earlier stage, explain your ideas and he can identify the information needed next.
Can you complete only part of the build?
Yes. You can agree a handover at wall plate, at plaster finish or after the final paint finish, depending on the project. The written scope records exactly where our work ends. That makes it clear which stages you will arrange yourself, what the next contractor will receive and how any remaining inspections and completion responsibilities will be handled.
Who manages the different trades?
Cameron is your project manager and direct point of contact. He coordinates the relevant trades for the agreed work, rather than asking one crew to do every discipline. You can contact him by phone, email or WhatsApp. He stays involved from the first visit through to the final checks on the work we have agreed to complete.
How do I get a project quote?
Book a site visit and tell us where the property is, what you want to change and whether you have drawings. Cameron confirms the appointment with you, then reviews the project on site. The quote is based on that scope and your chosen handover stage. Any changes to the work, cost or programme are discussed and agreed before they go ahead.
Where do you take on building projects?
We are based in Felixstowe and most projects are within 40 miles. This includes Ipswich, Woodbridge, Kesgrave, Martlesham, Aldeburgh, Saxmundham, Leiston and Framlingham, with the villages between them. Send the property postcode when you request a visit. If your project is further away, Cameron can consider it and confirm whether it is a suitable fit.
What should we agree before this work starts?
The groundworks, structure and finishes affect one another. Cameron plans how they come together, so the next trade knows what it is taking over and the work keeps moving towards your agreed finish. You or your appointed professional arrange any required applications. Cameron liaises with building control during the work and coordinates the inspections for the stages we undertake.
